Capacity: Accommodating from 24 to 200+ guests, depending on the selected spaces

Heritage Park

Capacity: Ranging from intimate gatherings to large events, accommodating anywhere from 15 to 1,000+ guests

Starting Price: Starting from $600 (venue rental only)

River Cafe can accommodate up to 100 guests for a seated lunch, brunch or dinner event and up to 150 guests for a standing cocktail reception. If the cocktail reception is an open house style, we can increase the guest count to 250. 

Capacity:

  • Seated: 100 guests 
  • Cocktail Party: 150 at one time, 250 guests for a come and go event/open house 
  • Semi-Private: 25 – 50 guests
  • Large Party: 12 – 50 guests

    Price: There is a food and beverage minimum spend requirement to exclusively book River Café for a wedding. Our competitive minimum spend requirements change depending on the season, time of day, and day of the week. Minimum price per head is about $55.00 – $130.00, and a maximum price per head is @250.00+. Contact them for exact prices by filling out contact form on their website.

Capacity: Suitable for both intimate settings and larger groups, accommodating up to 180 guests

Starting Price: Ceremonies can be held at Pinebrook for a fee of $1,000, with a minimum revenue generation on food and beverage. The Lakehouse

Capacity: Whole Venue (varies), Bonavista Dining Room (seated: 100 guests, cocktail: 150-250 guests), Private Dining Room (12-50 guests)
Starting Price: Whole Venue ($5,000), Bonavista Dining Room ($3,000), Private Dining Room ($500)

Hillhurst United Church

Capacity: 5 – 250

Starting Price: Our base fee for weddings is $2000. A $750 deposit is due upon booking. The base fee includes a church minister, accompanist, wedding host, and sound technician.

Bonuses: INCLUSIVE Church. This was the first church I photographed a wedding in and saw a pride flag up. It opened my mind that church could be an inclusive place for the community. They have this on their website, and walk the walk. 

 

Springbank Links Golf Course

Capacity: 144 for sit down banquets and 225 for mingling cocktail-style events

Starting Price: Facility Fees are $1,500. Ceremony Fee is $1,000, and minimum Food & Beverage spend is $5,000

Bonuses: Nestled in the rolling foothills, and located just 20 minutes from downtown Calgary, you’ll enjoy incredible views overlooking the Bow River Valley, Bearspaw Reservoir and the city skyline. Their rustic venue space boasts a soaring 25-foot vaulted ceiling with floor to ceiling windows. 

 

Wintergreen Golf (Bragg Creek Area)

Capacity: Suitable for 80 to 100 guests

Starting Price: For May, June, and October the site fee for ceremony and reception is $6500.00 +gst. For July, August, and September the site fee is $9500.00. The site fee includes all of the basics required for a wedding: ceremony location, optional outdoor ceremony chairs and setup, optional archway, reception floor plan setup, dance floor, house system and microphone, optional projector and screen bar-tending and service staff, standard dinner ware, glasses and linens, optional table decorations as well as golf cart shuttle service for the wedding party. 

Bonuses: This venue is stunning and allows you to be surrounded by the beautiful Rocky Mountain Foothills and overlooking a magnificent golf course. The log clubhouse and fireplace offer a great charm as well. The staff are great, and everything you need is here.    

A Backyard and LOTS of string lights

Capacity: Suitable for how big the yard is and how comfortable people are at being close
